3. Post-show Checklist

After the event, the first thing you need to do as soon as possible is to generate a database of all your collected leads. Respond to all the buyer queries systematically and keep a tab on the performance of your leads.

One crucial part where most exporters lack is sending catalogs quickly after the event. Mostly because it's very time-consuming to create customized catalogs for multiple buyers who all have varying requirements.

You can use an online catalog maker tool to make catalogs in 3 simple steps:

  • Store all your SKUs in one place for easy access.
  • Sort through 1000s of designs in seconds and shortlist the ones that meet your buyer's requirements.
  • Generate and send customized catalogs in 3+ formats to buyers before they even leave your stall.

You can also keep a tab on the activities of your buyers on the shared catalogs; learn about what products they're looking at & the locations where they're accessing the catalogue, etc.

Attending trade shows is a must for an exporter if they wish to see subsequent growth for their business. Proper planning, execution, and constant follow-ups on potential leads is the key to trade show success.
